Gena worked as a crane operator in the Port of Rotterdam, but wanted something completely different. Something with computers. Through various courses and a lot of research, he became very proficient at it. And that is how he ended up with us. He started making clear videos of, for example, assembly instructions. Soon he learned to make 3D reinforcement models for our customers.But Gena remains eager to learn and also threw himself into programming. Now, for example, he creates applications that allow us to model ever faster and more efficiently, and contributes to the developments of our RebarAssist. To handle all these developments within the company in a handy way, he has also schooled himself in project management.
