Concrete spacers are used as spacers under reinforcing mesh in a slab, or under rebar cages in a (foundation) beam. Guideline for the number of spacers:
Speedies spacers are plastic slab spacers made from recycled polypropylene, with a large bearing surface. This means you need fewer per square metre than with other slab spacers. Guideline number of Speedies spacers:
Concrete spacer bars are used as spacers under reinforcement mesh in a slab. They are suitable for both soft and hard ground. Guideline number of spacer bars: 2.5 pieces per 1 m2
Plastic spacers are fixed to the rebar cage to achieve the correct concrete cover between the reinforcement steel and the formwork. Guideline number of spacers: 6 per 1000 mm rebar cage.
Plastic line spacers are plastic spacers for use under floor reinforcement. There are special plastic line spacers for hard or soft ground. They are 2000 mm long. Guideline number of plastic line spacers: slab area (m2) x 0.85 = number of plastic line spacers required

At Betonstaal.nl we can ensure that the reinforcement is worked out and delivered as a construction kit. Including assembly drawings and building instructions. The construction kits are delivered with a clear and numbered parts list, which corresponds with the assembly plan and the labels on the reinforcement.
We always eleborate your reinforcement in a 3D reinforcement design by using various software packages and links. We do this for both simple and complex construction projects.

Express deliveryExpress delivery is subject to a surcharge. Depending on the size of the order, this surcharge is between € 75 and € 400 (excl VAT). After selecting Express delivery, you will immediately see what the costs are for you.
Self collection is not possible.
Free shipping for orders with a length of up to 6 meters from € 1,200 (excl. VAT) and for orders with a length of up to 12 meters from € 4,000 (excl VAT).
Wadden IslandsWe do not deliver directly to the Wadden Islands. However, we can deliver to transport companies on the mainland that will then transport the goods to the islands.
Select desired delivery dateDuring the ordering process, you can select the desired delivery date. We will do our utmost to deliver on this date. The planned delivery date will be confirmed via email.
What time will the delivery arrive?You will be informed when the order will be delivered and unloaded. One day before the delivery date you will receive a time indication if available. We do our best for a time indication, but this is not always possible.
On the day of delivery, the driver will call approximately 30 minutes before delivery. Our products are shipped via external carriers therefore unfortunately we do not have earlier information about the time of delivery.
An order may consist of multiple deliveries and be delivered by different carriers. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each partial delivery with the scheduled delivery date.
UnloadFrom the public road, we unload at the desired location. We do not have a truck-mounted forklift. We unload next to the truck.
If you want to unload on your own property and the truck has to enter your property to do so, any damage is at your own risk.
