Returns

> Can I return the delivered products?
Consumers (private customers) can return the delivered products if:

• These are standard products. Customized products cannot be returned.
• The delivery of the products no longer than 30 days ago.
• The products are complete and undamaged.
• We have received a completed withdrawal form. Preferably to be sent digitally.

Once we have received the withdrawal form, we will make arrangements with you about the method of return. You can return the materials yourself or a courier or transporter will collect the materials. There are costs associated with having the materials collected.

> Can I return as a business customer?
No. Our terms and conditions state that the right of withdrawal only applies if the customer is a natural person who does not act in the exercise of his profession or business. Business customers can therefore not return.
