From construction drawing to a rebar construction kit in 5 steps with a:

• 3D model and assembly plan of the reinforcement, viewable with the RebarAssist.
• Detailed elaboration of the reinforcement.
• Prefabricated reinforcement with a clear drawing of all parts.
• Clear and numbered parts list, which corresponds to the assembly plan and the labels attached to the reinforcement.

Step 1: Delivery of the construction drawing annex to a house (2D or 3D) in PDF, DWG or IFC.

Step 2: Elaboration of the construction drawing in 3D drawing package and data export, in which the assembly plan and drawings of the prefabricated parts are generated.

Step 3: Digital quotation containing:

• Assembly plan and a 3D model of the reinforcement, viewable with the RebarAssist.
• Clear drawing of all prefabricated parts.
• Clear and numbered parts list, which corresponds to the assembly plan and the labels attached to the reinforcement.
• Total price for the project and therefore no surprises afterwards.
  
  

Step 4: Production of prefab parts, separate reinforcement and covering materials. The labels attached to the reinforcement correspond to the items on the bill of material.

Step 5: Delivery of the rebar construction kit to the construction site.
