When do you order concrete?

You have a delivery date for concrete. But when will your rebar arrive?

Don't put your schedule on tight. Plan at least 1 day between rebar delivery and concrete delivery.

This is because there can always be reasons why the day before the concrete pour is too short. Here are the 3 most common ones:

  1. Something doesn't go quite right with the processing.
  2. Something goes wrong with the inspection.
  3. When you order reinforcement, you get it delivered somewhere on the agreed date. 

If you’re not ready, but the truck with concrete does come round the corner, you’re in a situation you don’t want to experience.

Therefore: plan (at least) that one day.

Can I have my reinforcement designed and delivered as a kit?

At Betonstaal.nl we can ensure that the reinforcement is worked out and delivered as a construction kit. Including assembly drawings and building instructions. The construction kits are delivered with a clear and numbered parts list, which corresponds with the assembly plan and the labels on the reinforcement. 

Can I receive my reinforcement design in 3D?

We always eleborate your reinforcement in a 3D reinforcement design by using various software packages and links. We do this for both simple and complex construction projects.
