Description

Stainless steel rebar has the mechanical properties of normal rebar B500B. This material is produced according to Cares (British certification) or MPA NRW (German certification). The material is stainless, but magnetic.

Tips

Optionally, we also have non-magnetic stainless steel reinforcing bars, different lengths and larger diameters. Bending is also possible. Request a quote for this.

The advantages of stainless steel reinforcement:

Stainless rebar is not dependent on concrete cover (protection against rust/concrete rot)
Easy solution if the concrete is affected by a salty environment (salty sea wind, seawater or road salt)
Good solution in an environment of sensitive equipment where magnetic fields are not desired (hospitals, server rooms)
Once applied, it is maintenance free and eliminates recurring maintenance costs
